As a commercial real estate professional and business broker with Legacy Venture Group, Lisa Powe is proud to serve clients in the Florida market. She specializes in hotels, restaurants, and multifamily businesses and property assets, respectively. Moreover, she assists clients with goal optimization to successfully purchase assets; and performs business evaluations to minimize acquisition risk.
Lisa is a native of Washington, DC and began her professional career with the US Army, serving as an Administrative Specialist and Communications Security Clerk. She distinguished herself through service in Operation Desert Storm. Thereafter, she went on to work for the Associated Press, a Fortune 500 company, and various federal government agencies. Despite her accomplished career in government service and the private sector, Lisa yearned to enter the real estate industry, always inspired by art, history, and architecture.
Lisa earned a master’s degree in network security, a bachelor’s degree in telecommunications engineering technology, and an associate’s degree in data communications technology. She enjoys every aspect of Florida, along with outdoor cycling and weightlifting in her free time. She is a loving wife, mother of two stepchildren, and has an American Bully dog named Dallas.
