Smart, experienced and visionary – Mike came to Legacy Venture  Group (www.BuyBizUSA.com) to find a great restaurant.

He knew there were not a lot a businesses with decent records and that many for sale were losing  money in spite of what the Seller’s were advertising (on a recent survey of over 1,500 businesses for sale, less that 20% had taxes that supported their earnings claim!)

He also knew that franchises do not guarantee success after seeing so many franchises being resold with out a reasonable profit. Buying a great existing business with excellent records, systems and process can not guarantee success but those qualities go a long way toward leading to continued success.

Mike –we wish you great success. You have bought a very well known restaurant with an awesome staff and a great history. The folks running this restaurant kept sales and service high during one of the worst economy’s. Customer’s love the great food, the great experience and the great staff!
