1.Continual Betterment: Often we as business owners do not even realize that we do not know what we are lacking; however, when we see the results of our business and sense that there is more potential; the courageous leader seeks to find out how she or he can make it better, but the timid leader seeks to lay fault on external factors like the economy or the competition, failing to seek new solutions and greater perspectives.
2. Effective Navigation: Change in expectations, technologies and competition work to undermine the stagnant business. As a business owner, we are must embrace these changes and serve them well, which requires new knowledge, new perspective and new processes.
